Overview & Performance
The 2011 Jeep Wrangler is offered in three trim levels: X, Sahara, and Rubicon.
The Wrangler provides just as much power and ability as its predecessors with a 3.8L V6 engine good for 202 horsepower and 237 pound-feet of torque. That power doesn't come, however, at the expense of efficiency. The Wrangler offers 15 mpg city/19 mpg hwy, numbers you'll be glad to see when it comes time to fill up. This V6 is mated to either a six-speed manual transmission or an optional four speed automatic transmission. True to the Jeep heritage, most models come standard with four-wheel drive.
Interior Features
The biggest changes to the newest Wrangler are visible from the moment you step inside. There drivers will find a redesigned instrument panel, a new center rack, more storage areas, more comfortable seating, and a lockable console. In an effort to provide more creature comforts in the Wrangler, Jeep has added a new steering wheel with audio, hands-free cell phone, and cruise control buttons at the driver's fingertips. The interior also includes a USB connection for iPods and other MP3 players.
