Body Styles, Trim Levels and Options

The 2011 Dodge Dakota comes in 3 body styles regular cab, extended "club" cab, and the crew "quad" cab and 6 trim levels base, SXT, Sport and Sport Plus, Luxury SLT and SLT Plus.

Powertrains and Performance

Customers have even more to choose from when it comes to the Dakota's powertrains, as three different engines are available.  First up is the Magnum 3.9-liter V6 engine that delivers 175 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Next, there's the Magnum Next Generation 4.7-liter V8 engine that can churn out 235 horsepower. Also, there is the powerful 5.9-liter V8, which can produce 250 horsepower and 345 lb-ft torque. These engines can be mated to either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission.
